What can I say? I love Macs! Simply put - the best computer on the market. Still, as it is a man made machine, problems will eventually develop. Macs are fairly simple to diagnose. The most difficult Macs to work on are laptops with hardware problems. The most common problems I have encountered on Macs are fixed with some simple maintenance. I suggest you learn to use disk utility and learn to reset the PRAM before calling. You may fix your problem yourself!
